Book a stall online via the following links:
General Stalls – for retail goods, pre-packaged foods, service providers, information stalls etc.
Catering – for all food stalls and vans.
Art Bazaar Form – for homemade and handmade arts and crafts.
The deadline for booking stalls is 13 June 2025.
Balloon Trader Tender
We run a tender for a sole concession balloon trader to sell in the Main Stage and Fairground area.
Please return form by 29th May. Results of the tender will be sent on Friday 5th June 2025.
